ANALISIS KEANDALAN KOMPONEN KRITIS DAN PENENTUAN PERSEDIAAN OPTIMAL SPARE PART MESIN AUTOMATIC SEALER

Abstrak : Perusahaan produsen minuman sari apel sering mengalami kendala dalam memenuhi target permintaan, akibat kerusakan mesin Automatic Sealer. Diperlukan analisis keandalan komponen kritis dan penentuan persediaan spare part mesin untuk mengurangi waktu downtime. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan klasifikasi ABC terhadap 13 komponen yang mengalami kerusakan paling sering adalah tiga komponen kritis, yaitu Silinder Cutter, Silinder Heater, dan Silinder Feeding. Dalam penelitian ini dicari distribusi kerusakan, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan nilai MTTF dan nilai keandalan sesudah dan sebelum adanya penjadwalan perawatan. Dalam penelitian ini keandalan mesin meningkat sebesar 4,1382%. Kemudian nilai EOQ dari Cylinder Cutter adalah 11 unit dan ROP 3 unit, EOQ dari Cylinder Heater 11 units dan ROP 5 unit, dan EOQ dari Cylinder Feeding 14 unit dan ROP sebesar 3 unit.

CRITICAL COMPONENTS RELIABILITY ANALYSIS AND SPARE PART INVENTORY CONTROL OF AUTOMATIC SEALER MACHINE

Abstract : An apple cider drinks producer often meets obstacles to fulfill target demand, due to failures of the Automatic Sealer machine. It required critical component reliability analysis and spare part inventory control to reduce downtime time. Based on ABC classification, 3 of 13 components has frequent failures, namely Cylinder Cutter, Cylinder Heater, and Cylinder Feeding. This study determines the distribution of time to failure, then calculated the MTTF value and reliability value after and before the scheduling of treatment. In this study machine reliability increased by 4.1382%. The Cylinder Cutter has EOQ of 11 units and ROP 3 units. The Cylinder Heater has EOQ of 11 units and ROP 5 units. The Cylinder Feeding has EOQ of 14 units and ROP of 3 units.
