ANALISIS KEY BUYING FACTORS PRODUK KARKAS AYAM DENGAN ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS

Abstrak : Perusahaan pemotongan ayam mempunyai produk utama karkas ayam. Saat ini kapasitas mesin belum digunakan secara maksimal karena jumlah permintaan masih sedikit. Agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan permintaan, perlu diketahui buying factors dan key buying factors karkas ayam, serta posisi perusahaan dibanding pesaing. Buying factors dicari dengan kuesioner I dan didapatkan bahwa terdapat 4 faktor dengan jumlah atribut 22. Kemudian buying factors dinilai tingkat kepentingannya dengan kuesioner II dan dipilih sebanyak 50% atribut dari setiap faktor sehingga didapat 11 KBF, yaitu: harga murah, harga sesuai kualitas, penyelesaian masalah, jaminan Halal, ketanggapan keluhan, kebersihan karkas, sertifikasi uji laboratorium, ketersediaan stok, salesman, dan kelengkapan informasi. Langkah terakhir adalah mencari pesaing terbaik dengan kuesioner III. Berdasarkan penilaian seluruh buying factors, perusahaan menduduki posisi tiga (0,24623) dengan pesaing terbaik (0,26180). Sedangkan berdasarkan Key Buying Factors, perusahaan berada di posisi dua (0,24703) dengan pesaing terbaik (0,26301).

KEY BUYING FACTORS ANALYSIS OF CHICKEN CARCASS USING ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS

Abstract : A chicken slaughter company produce main product of chicken carcasses. It utilizes current machine capacity ineffectively and it still conducts few production. In order to increase demand, the company has to explore the buying factors of chicken carcasses, especially the key buying factors. It also benchmarks to its competitors. The study carries out three questionnaires. It uses questionnaire I to identify the buying factors that are classified by four categories and 22 attributes. It uses questionnaire II to prioritize the buying factors according to importance level. The key buying factors are the low prices, the appropriate prices match quality, the completion problem, the Halal assurance, the complaint responsiveness, the carcass cleanliness, the laboratory testing certification, the stock availability, the salesperson, and the information completeness. It uses questionnaire III to determine the best competitor. Based on all buying factors, the company takes third place (0.24623) with the best competitor (0.26180). Based on only Key Buying Factors, the company takes second place (0.24703) with the best competitor (0.26301).
