Abstrak : Kedatangan konsumen usaha kuliner yang tidak menentu dengan pola kedatangan dan jumlah pesanan yang bervariasi mengikuti dinamika stokastik nonstationary and compound poisson process memerlukan perencanaan sumber daya yang efisien. Sistem pendukung keputusan membantu pihak manajemen merencanakan sumber daya dalam penjadwalan tenaga kerja maupun persediaan bahan baku. Penjadwalan shift kerja dari tenaga kerja mempertimbangkan pola kedatangan konsumen nonstationary poisson process. Perencanaan persediaan bahan baku mempertimbangkan pola kedatangan pesanan compound poisson process. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan didukung basisdata dan model simulasi secara terintegrasi memberikan rekomendasi perencanaan sumber daya pada pihak manajemen.

DESIGN PROTOTYPE OF DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM BASED ON NONSTATIONARY COMPOUND POISSON PROCESS SIMULATION FOR ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING OF CULINARY BUSINESS

Abstract : Customer arrival of culinary business are uncertain. The pattern of arrival and the number of orders varies under stochastic dynamics with nonstationary and compound Poisson process. It requires efficient resource planning. The study develops decision support systems to help management to plan enterprise resources in manpower scheduling and raw material inventory. It determines work shift scheduling of manpower considering to customer arrival pattern based on nonstationary Poisson process. It determines raw material inventory planning considering to order arrival pattern based on compound Poisson process. The decision support systems implements integrated of database and simulation models to provide enterprise resource planning for management.
